第33回講演会は、『 失われた機能を再生する：神経・血管再建によるQOL革命 』をテーマに開催します。
患者さんの「自然な表情」や「人生の質」を回復しようという使命のもと、顔面神経麻痺による表情障害と勃起障害という社会的にも影響の大きい疾患に対して、マイクロサージャリーがいかに「失われた機能」を再生し、人生を甦らせるのかー。
愛知医科大学の古川洋志教授より「マイクロサージャリー支援ロボットを用いたラット顔面神経麻痺の神経再建と成績」について、高松赤十字病院の三宅 毅志医師より「勃起障害に対する顕微鏡下陰茎血行再建術 – 人生を明るいものに変えることができる手術（仮）」についてご講演いただきます。
吉川先生の講演では、顔面神経麻痺により失われた「自然な表情」を「創造する」ためのネットワーク型神経再建の精密戦略を詳述。舌下神経移行術を基盤とした複数の神経を組み合わせるアプローチにより、驚異的な機能回復を実現する最先端の治療法を提示します。患者のQOLを劇的に改善する未来の形成外科医療にご期待ください。
三宅先生の講演では、マイクロサージャリーを用いた陰茎血行再建術（Penile Revascularization Surgery）について解説いただきます。主に若年層の勃起不全（ED）で、陰茎の動脈性の血流障害が原因となっている症例に対して行われる治療法です。メンズヘルスに新たな未来を拓くご講演にご期待ください。

We report here on the time required for suturing using the robot, the evaluation of the recovery of facial nerve paralysis after coaptation, and the accumulation of nerve tracers in the brainstem.

高松赤十字病院泌尿器科ではメンズヘルス外来を設けており、
The Department of Urology at Takamatsu Red Cross Hospital has established a Men's Health Clinic, with a particular focus on the diagnosis and treatment of erectile dysfunction (ED). For young patients, ED is a critical issue that can significantly impact their youth, marriage, and plans for starting a family, ultimately shaping their entire lives.
Approximately 90% of young ED patients exhibit stenosis or occlusive lesions in the internal pudendal artery system, which is the primary source of penile blood flow. While some cases result from clear causes such as traffic accidents or sports injuries, others remain idiopathic. For these patients, we perform microsurgical penile revascularization. This procedure involves anastomosing the inferior epigastric artery to the dorsal penile artery to improve penile blood flow. As the only treatment capable of fundamentally curing vasculogenic ED, it boasts an improvement rate of approximately 80%.
Our greatest joy is hearing reports from patients who, after surgery, were able to secure employment, get married, or conceive children. In this presentation, we will provide an overview of this surgical procedure, which has the power to brighten the lives of patients suffering from erectile dysfunction.
