Breast cancer is the most common cancer among women in Indonesia. However, the advanced stage is the majority disease in our country, which is susceptible to lymphedema development due to the disease’s process or cancer treatment. Supermicrosurgery lymphaticovenous anastomosis (LVA) has become a minimally invasive lymphedema surgery option. In this presentation, We will share our early experience with LVA for curative and preventive BCRL treatment in Indonesia.
